Customer Data Protection and Limited Use

Counsel is still finalizing the Measure IH Customer Data Protection and Limited Use Agreement. This page is a product placeholder so beta onboarding can record a versioned acknowledgment when that text is approved. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for the signed agreement.

Placeholders still with counsel include the customer name, deletion window, and governing law. Product copy will not invent those terms.

Workspace administrators can already download a JSON export of workspace records from Settings → Data. File downloads are omitted from that export. PDF and Excel bulk export are not available yet.
